By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Revues provides tools for businesses to collect, analyze, respond to, and manage customer reviews, including AI-assisted review generation, automated reply suggestions, private feedback routing, and analytics. The Service may evolve over time as features are added, modified, or removed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to: (a) generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews; (b) violate Google's review policies or any other applicable platform terms; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials may be offered at our discretion. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Revues and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related software, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including improved star ratings, review volume, or search rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revues is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
