This page is maintained by Revues to answer common privacy questions about the Revues platform. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Revues, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly (account details, business information, payment data) and information generated through your use of the Service, including review content, customer feedback you receive, integration data from connected platforms, and usage analytics.
We use information to provide and improve the Service, including authenticating users, processing payments, generating AI-assisted reviews and replies, analyzing trends in your reviews, communicating with you about your account, and meeting legal obligations.
The Service uses AI models to draft reviews, suggest replies, and surface insights from your review data. Content submitted to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers under contractual agreements that restrict their use of your data.
We share information with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, payment processing, AI); (b) third-party platforms you connect to Revues (such as Google) as required to provide the Service; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us through your account to exercise these rights.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
